    We continually assess our salaries within the current market - This enables us to pay our employees at a competitive rate.
  • Annual salary reviews
    The Annual Salary Review allows Picsel to maintain our current competitive position in the market place. All Employees are considered for a merit increase for demonstrated performance within the year being reviewed.
  • Company Pension Scheme
    The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company's Pension Scheme - 4% of base salary payable by the Company, with a minimum 2% contribution from the employee.
  • Death in service benefit
    Equivalent to 4 times annual salary
  • Bonuses
    The Company offers a variety of performance related bonuses.
  • Relocation costs covered
    There are three different packages offered as relocation. Such packages are tailored to the individuals' requirement and are broken down into national/ international packages. The company shall cover associated costs in relation to the various aspects involved in the relocation of individuals joining the company.

Additional Benefits

  • Virtual Holidays
    Picsel employees are entitled to take 28 days as paid holiday in each holiday year. This includes any entitlement to public holidays with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day, which they will be entitled to as additional holidays. If employment commences or terminates part way through the holiday year, entitlement to holiday during that year will be based on a pro rata basis.
